Unlike the Roman shade, which is flat when lowered and pleated when open, the insulated Hobbled shade maintains its soft folds even when the shade is lowered.  The folds add interest and depth to the shade.  Hobbled shades work well with or without a valance.    Due to the nature of the warm window shade, please call Cozy Curtains for instructions on measuring and picking a decorative cover fabric.   1(800) 342-9955
